How will your spine and joints hold up when you are 100 years old?
It may sound crazy, but it is a very appropriate question. A recent university study projected that by the year 2050, there will be close to one million centenarians (people who have lived to be 100+ years old) in the United States.
Bad News for Spines and Joints
Here’s the bad news: Because of our high-stress lifestyles, because of the fact that we spend most of our lives on hard surfaces such as concrete (brutal to the spine and joints), and because we are often sedentary, people are experiencing spine and joint problems earlier and earlier in life.
Life can’t be that much fun if you’ve outlived your spine and joints! If you experience spine and joint stiffness when you wake up in the morning, an early sign of joint degeneration, and you’re only 30 or 40 years old, just think of the pain and immobility waiting for you at age 93 or 102!
We Can Help!
The time to take care of these problems is NOW, and WE CAN HELP! Occasionally we can completely “fix” a spine or joint problem. Due to the degenerative nature of the human body, though, this is quite rare. More often, however, we are able to take what you have and make it WORK BETTER. And if it works better, it will not degenerate as fast!
This is what we do “in a nutshell.” Please click on some of the information pages and read about how we do what we do.
