Financial

Financial Information:

Fees:

Our fees are based on the relative value units established by the US government to determine payments by Medicare and Medicaid.  Most chiropractic clinics in our area use the same system for fee setting, and thus there is little variance among clinics.  Additionally, all major medical insurance carriers have established their own fee schedules which are significantly lower than our “standard” fees.  If we are contracted (”in network”) with your insurance carrier, you will be financially responsible for no more than the contracted fees established by your insurance carrier.

Payment Options:

Insurance

East End Chiropractic is on several major medical networks, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Aetna, PHCS, Signature, Coventry, Beech Street, and others.

Time of Service Discount

To patients who are not on one of our insurance networks, we offer a time-of-service discount of 20%.

Individualized Payment Plans

We do not like for finances to stand in the way of delivering the care you need.  Our office manager can help you establish a payment plan that will work for you and your individual situation.

Care Credit

Care Credit is a healthcare finance company (a subsidiary of GE Financial Services).  It is a credit card accepted by many chiropractors, medical doctors, dentists, podiatrists, and vetinarians.

So How Much is My Treatment Going to Cost?

It totally depends on how much and what types of treatment you need.  We have a wide variety of patients, from young children, to athletes, to those with multiple medical conditions, to seniors.  Obviously some people will need more treatment than others.  For example, a 50 year-old with multiple disc bulges and diabetes will likely need more treatment than a 21 year-old triathlete.

After you have been examined, the Doctor will give you an “Estimated Cost of Care” which estimates the cost of the treatment plan he prescribes.
